Agent not showing during agent search on kw.com

Login to http://mykw.kw.com. Open the agent's profile through the whitepages. Make sure that the box titled "Display for Customers" is checked as yes. If it does say yes and he/she is still not showing up, please email kwmcangel@kw.com.
