We currently don't have an MCA, but we need to approve our listings in the meantime. What can we do?

There are two options for your market center.1.) You could assign the role of Assistant MCA or TL to an admin within your organization. All of the following roles must be assigned to an associate's profile by the KWRI Legal Department: MCA, TL, OP, Broker, Assistant MCA, and Assistant TL. In order to have any of those Market Center Leadership roles added to an associate's KW Intranet Profile please have a member of your Regional Leadership email Roster@kw.com which will notify the Legal Department of the request. Then, usually within 48 hours of receiving the request the role will be added to the associates profile.2.) Your MCA, TL or OP has the ability to disable the approval process in the KWLS. To do this, a member of MC leadership will login to the Intranet at mykw.kw.com >>> Select ‘White Pages’ under the ‘Quick Links’ tab >>> Select the option for ‘Market Center Information’ >>> Enter Office Number and hit Search >>> From there you have the ability to edit Listings Approval settings. If you want to make any other changes to your profile, you will need to select the ‘Request Changes’ tab at the top of the screen, which will send an email to the KW Roster Team to be processed.
