When an agent's more ID is not displaying in their white pages profile it can affect an agents ability to log in, send greensheets, or be identified under the correct market center. For a resolution to this issue please follow the steps below.
1. In your WinMORE system please locate the agent's profile
2. Change their status to something other than what it shows currently.
3. Click SAVE
4. Change their status back to the appropriate status
5. Save again.
This will refresh the agents account and when you pull them up in white pages again you should be able to see the More ID.
