KW Associates will have access to a Calendar in their MC Intranet. This calendar will show events entered by the regional office of their market center as well as events entered by the market center. Agents will have the ability to view this calendar in the MC Intranet area or “subscribe” to the calendar so it will show up in their Google, Outlook, and Apple accounts, or on their mobile devices. To subscribe to the MC Intranet calendar, please follow the steps below.
From the MyKW homepage click the MC Intranet link in the 'Quick Links' box.
1.In the MC Intranet locate the calendar in the top right section of the screen. Click the ‘View Calendar’ link.
2.On the calendar page, click the ‘Subscribe’ option next to the month and year settings.
3.In the Calendar Subscription page you will see two subscription options:
‘My Events Calendar’- will have events you have registered for and office resource reservations you have made.
‘Office Calendar’ All office, training, and community events. (This is usually the calendar agents want to utilize.
4.Click the ‘Setup Now’ link to build the subscription of the Calendar you want to subscribe to.
5.Click the calendar type you are adding the MC Intranet calendar to and follow the instructions provided. *Note: If the calendar does not sync up automatically then there are also manual links that can be added to the agents other Calendar.
