Switch agents on the KW Mobile Search App

Users of the KW Mobile Search App can change the agent branding on the mobile app at anytime by following the steps below:


1. On the main page of the app, click the menu button ​at the top left of the page.

 


 

2. Choose My Account from the fly-out menu.





3. Instead of signing into or creating an account, click Agent Search below the sign-in fields.




4. Type in the agent's name or location, then find and click the Search for Agent button at the bottom of the page. You will have to scroll down on the page to see this button once you enter the agent info.





5. Select the desired agent from the list of results.

6. This will bring up the agent's details; click on the Make This My Agent button.





This will reload the app with the selected agent's information​.



To re-brand the app to a different agent, you can also request that that agent share their app with you directly. Downloading another agent's app will automatically cause your app to rebrand to the sharing agent. For steps to switch agents via sharing, click here.
