How do you confirm if your membership to the Commercial Division has been enabled?

1.) Log in to
2.) Click on Profile link (next to your photo)
3.) Click the Edit button under the 'whitepages' column
4.) Scroll down the page in your Whitepages profile to the "Commercial Division Agent" field.

If the Commercial Agent Division field displays "No" then your membership hasn't been enabled yet.  Typically it takes a week (7 days) to process all new commercial agents into our system.  If you haven't yet signed up to be a commercial member or if you've waited more than 7 days for activation, please email
