My listing isn't showing on a KW.com property search

If your listing(s) aren't coming up on a property search on kw.com, please take the following steps before submitting a trouble ticket:

1.) Make sure you are searching correctly, remember KW.com does not allow you to search for properties by address right away. First you must search by City and State, or Zip/Postal code. Then once you have hit a market center IDX that covers this area you can refine your search and search by address here.

2.) Please check the listing on your MLS account to be certain that the "Internet Marketing" option has been selected.
Remember that listings must be in active status in the MLS to syndicate out to other publishing sites.

3.) Please contact your MCA (market center administrator) to confirm that your market center has an IDX using the same MLS as you use. This means that when someone searches KW.com they will be able to look at your mls information.


4.) Please contact your MCA (market center administrator) to confirm that your Agent MLS ID is correctly entered into your Whitepages Agent Profile.

5.) Please make sure that your Agent MLS ID is correctly entered into the contact information of your Wolfnet contact information.

If you continue to have a problem, please contact us with the MLS numbers that you're having an issue with.
