Why did my listing not automatically pull into the KWLS?

The first thing to keep in mind is timing. After you enter a listing into the MLS, it will take 24-48 hours for that listing to pull into the KWLS. If your listing has not pulled into the KWLS within this time frame, a good place to start is to make sure the listing is syndicating out from your MLS. Check to see if the listing is on one of the major search sites that pulls directly from the MLS, like Realtor.com or Redfin.com. These sites bypass brokerage feeds and pull listings directly from the MLS.
 
  • If you are unable to find the listing on either of these sites, check with your MLS support to find the problem.  
 
  • If the listing is on these sites, then it is syndicating correctly from the MLS and we need to look at troubleshooting within the KW/ListHub system. 


Your Market Center leadership has access to the ListHub Exceptions Report, which will show a list of all listings that are failing to pull in to the KWLS and why. To learn more about the ListHub Exceptions Report, click here.

Below are some of the most common reasons that listings will not automatically pull into the KWLS:


Market Center does not have an active KW Connector account purchased through ListHub.
For the automatic listing feed to work, your Market C​enter must have a KW Connector account purchased through ListHub for each MLS you want to feed listings to the KWLS from. If your Market Center does not have a KW Connector account purchased through ListHub or their account has expired, then ListHub will not pull listings into the KWLS automatically.

Agent does not have the "ListHub Enabled" box checked in their KWLS.
If the "ListHub Enabled"' box is not checked in the KWLS dashboard then the feed coming over from ListHub will not be picked up or used. This means that even though ListHub is bringing listings over, they will not be added or updated in the KWLS. Make sure this box is always checked to bring listings into the KWLS. Agent does not have the correct (or any) MLS information in their White Pages account.
Sometimes an agent's MLS ID does not get entered into White Pages or is entered incorrectly. The agent ID the MLS sends in the feed must match up with the agent ID in your White Pages profile to correctly pull in to the KWLS. As an agent, you won't have access to add or edit this ID, but the leadership team at your Market Center will be able to. To learn more about this process click here.

Listing MLS number already exists in the KWLS.
Sometimes a listing may already be in the KWLS, which will prevent that listing from pulling in to the KWLS for an agent from the same market center. You can utilize the "Find a Listing" option in the KWLS and search by MLS number to see if that listing is already in the KWLS.


 

 
If the listing already exists in the correct agent's KWLS, then the MLS number can be removed or changed. To find out more about this, please click here.
