Market Center does not have an active KW Connector account purchased through ListHub.
For the automatic listing feed to work, your Market Center must have a KW Connector account purchased through ListHub for each MLS you want to feed listings to the KWLS from. If your Market Center does not have a KW Connector account purchased through ListHub or their account has expired, then ListHub will not pull listings into the KWLS automatically.
Agent does not have the "ListHub Enabled" box checked in their KWLS.
If the "ListHub Enabled"' box is not checked in the KWLS dashboard then the feed coming over from ListHub will not be picked up or used. This means that even though ListHub is bringing listings over, they will not be added or updated in the KWLS. Make sure this box is always checked to bring listings into the KWLS. Agent does not have the correct (or any) MLS information in their White Pages account.
Sometimes the agent's MLS ID has not been entered into White Pages or is entered incorrectly. This means that the listings won't know how to find their agent in our systems or go to that agent's KWLS. The leadership team at any Market Center will be able to add or edit an agent's MLS ID in the White Pages account. To learn more about this process click here.
Listing MLS number already exists in the KWLS.
Sometimes a listing may already be in the KWLS, which will prevent that listing from pulling into the KWLS for an agent from the same market center. You can utilize the "Find a Listing" option in the KWLS and search by MLS number to see if that listing is already in the KWLS.
If the listing already exists in the correct agent's KWLS, then the MLS number can be removed or changed. To find out more about this, please click here.
If the listing exists under a different agent's name, the listing can be transferred to the correct agent's KWLS. To find out more about this, please click here.
