Greensheets going to wrong office for a transferring agent

If you have an agent that has transferred from another office, you need to ensure that they have roles in both offices until such time as they are removed from the other office.   When they have two active MORE ID's and roles in both market centers they will be presented with a drop down menu to select the office for which they are preparing the greensheet.   

If they have two active MORE ID's (while the transfer is being processed) and someone removes the role from the old market center prematurely, the greensheet will not display the drop down to select the market center they are preparing the greensheets for and they will go to the office with the oldest active MORE ID.  The resolution for this is the MCA of the office they transferred from to go to the White Page and add the role back to this agent.

Once they are removed from the old market center's WinMORE system, their MORE ID will be inactivated on myKW and their role in the old office removed at that time.  After all this they will only have the one active MORE ID and the greensheets will go to that office.
