Create an Email Signature

While sending emails to your clients, you can embed a signature automatically in the body of the message. Signatures can be customized as per your requirements.
 
  1. Click the Settings (tools)​ icon at the top right of the screen and select Setup from the drop-down menu.


 
  1. Click Personal Settings, located under the General category.
 
  1. On the Personal Settings page click the Edit (pencil) icon, located in the Signature section.


 
  1. Enter your desired signature in the HTML editor and click Save.
