Why can't users create an account on my KW Mobile Search App?

In most cases, when users are not able to create an account on an agent's app, it is because the agent does not have a WolfNet IDX in place.

IDX (Internet Data Exchange) is a listing data feed provided by your MLS that will display on your personal agent website. You have to get permission from your MLS to show other agents' listings on your website. On most agent websites, you would not be able to provide a full MLS property search unless you have some sort of IDX in place.

If you do not have a WolfNet IDX, your app will still have a full MLS search, but it will be using your Market Center's WolfNet IDX. In this case, the Contact Agent buttons on the property search results or listings pages will direct users to your Market Center instead of you. Also, a user has to create an account on your app in order for you to get their user information and pull them into your database as a lead. This is not possible unless you are set up with a WolfNet IDX.

You have to get permission from your MLS and get set up with a WolfNet IDX before your app will be fully connected to you and to enable lead capture from the app. For the steps to sign up for a WolfNet IDX, click here.
