Training Tracker (T2) - Take Attendance & Run Training Tracker Report in KWConnect

  1. Log in to
  2. Click on your profile photo (or silhouette) in the upper right corner of the screen
  3. Click on the My Events button to see your events
  4. Find the event you’d like to record attendance for, click the Roster button and either drag the names of those who already registered over to the Attending box, or use the Add button to add people who attended (You can always go back and enter attendance for prior months’ events as well!). You can enter more than one name at a time to speed up the process. Also, associates can register for your events directly through KWConnect. If they do, they will show up on the left side of the roster. Encourage them to sign up ahead of time!
  5. After you’ve entered your roster for each event, you can use the My Reports button in your dashboard to run a report for a specific date range
    1. Click My Report button
    2. Choose report name (Market Center – Training Tracking)
    3. Choose your region
    4. Choose your market center
    5. Enter a date range
  6. Click submit
  7. Scroll to the bottom of the page for your stats (you can download a tracker spreadsheet as well right from this page!)
  8. DON'T FORGET TO SHARE YOUR RESULTS! Download a copy of the Training Tracker template by going to KWConnect > Growth > Growth Initiative, scroll down to the Share Your Story section, and download the Editable Training Tracker Flier to easily and professionally share your results! Save it as an image so you can post to social media as well!
