KW agents help build Kelle based on using the app and giving valuable feedback to improve it. You can send your feedback directly through the Kelle app.
Feedback can take many forms, such as:
- Did you have an experience that feels incomplete or not very intuitive?
- Do you have a suggested feature or enhancement to make Kelle better?
- Did you experience an error or bug?
- How else could Kelle help you and your business?
1. Upon opening Kelle, tap your profile photo in the top left corner to access the Kelle Feedback screen.

2. Tap Submit Feedback.
3. The Kelle Feedback screen contains a field to enter your comments/suggestions and a rating scale. Enter your feedback, rate Kelle, and tap Submit.
4. A confirmation message will display; tap Close to return to the main Kelle screen.
