1. From your myKW home page, click the + icon next to "myMarketing" on your eEdge Control Panel and choose Create Marketing Materials from the drop-down.
2. In the Marketing Center, look under the "Design Library" section and choose Print Marketing.
3. In the '"Search Options'" box, use the "Collection" drop-down and choose Listing & Buyer Presentations.
4. Choose the template you would like to use from the design results.
5. Once you have selected your template, click the Personalize button to make edits or changes. There are about twenty pages on each presentation; make sure to go through each page and personalize the information. For more info on the "eEdge Design Editor," click here.
6. After you have saved your presentation, exit the "eEdge Design Editor."
7. Now that you have finished personalizing the presentation, either click the Download PDF button to download the presentation to your computer for printing or choose professional printing options and Market Leader will mail the presentation for you at a cost.
