Listing MLS Number and the KWLS

Last Updated: Apr 19, 2017 03:50PM CDT
Knowing the MLS number of your listing is important for you to be able to keep track of your listings. It is also the easiest way to find your listing in the KWLS.

You can edit the MLS number on any of your listings in the KWLS, but first you need to uncheck the ListHub Enabled checkbox. Once you uncheck this box, find the listing using the "Find a Listing" link at the top of the page or by choosing the "All" link and finding the listing in the list.

If you manually entered the listing, you will see a link labeled "Change" next to the current MLS number that you can click on to update the MLS number.

If the listing pulled in automatically via ListHub, then click on Edit at the bottom of the page, then click on Next and it will take you to the same area to edit the MLS number.

If you are a member of more than one MLS, you might see multiple MLS number fields in this section.

There must be at least one MLS number in place to save the listing. If you are a member of more than one MLS, it is optional for you to add in the secondary MLS number. If you are entering a listing and do not have an MLS number assigned to the listing, you can create a placeholder MLS number in this field.
