Transfer your eEdge account to a new Market Center

Agents can create eEdge accounts based on their active roles at a KW Market Center. If an agent decides to join another market center they will have the ability to create a new eEdge account. Since an agent has devoted time to build their CRM (eEdge system) with leads, contact information, and marketing material, they may choose to use their existing one rather than build a completely new one. If the agent wants to keep the same eEdge account for their New Market center or Business Center, follow the steps below:

1. In the red toolbar across the top of the myKW home page, click the Switch link.


2. This will create a drop-down menu above the eEdge Control Panel. In the drop-down menu, select the new Market Center you wish to move your account to.

3. This will change your myKW home page to the Market Center you chose. Since it is a new Market Center, you will need to activate your eEdge account by clicking on the Activate eEdge Now! button.


Since you already have an eEdge account, the system will recognize you have an existing account and will ask you to either create a new account or choose your existing account to tie to your new Market Center.


4. Choose your existing eEdge account, click Submit and it will move the eEdge Control Panel to the new Market Center, on your myKW home page.
