Before you reset your password, make sure you are logging in to the KW Platform directly by going to https://mykw.kw.com, https://kwconnect.com, or one of the other KW application pages.
|When you get to the login screen, ensure that the web address includes "https://access.kw.com/." If you are trying to sign in on a different login page, you will not be able to do so.|
1. If you are unable to log in, click Forgot Password, below the "Log In" button.
2. Enter your KW Username in the field provided, then click Submit.

3. Once you click submit, an email will be sent to your KW Password Recovery Email Address, where you can click to change your password.
