Either you have Adobe Flash Player on your computer and it is not enabled on the browser that you are using or you do not have an up-to-date version of Adobe Flash Player on your computer at all.
In most cases, Adobe Flash Player not being enabled on your browser is what causes this and all you have to do is take a few steps to enable it. Each browser has a unique way of enabling Flash Player; click on the applicable link based on the browser that you use for the steps to enable Flash Player:
If you follow these steps and you are not seeing Adobe Flash Player (it might show as Shockwave Flash, as it is sometimes called) on the list of plugins to enable, you might need to update or download Adobe Flash onto your computer:
Click on the link above and it will either tell you that it needs to be updated or you will see a link to download and install the software.
