See your mobile app through the eyes of consumers and how they use it to find their dream home. Knowing how your consumers interact with your app - from registering an account to sharing favorite properties with their friends - empowers you with the insight you need to deliver a superior customer experience. 
1. Nearby Homes: This instantly produces a list of the closest properties for sale.

Note: Client must have location services enabled on their phone first. 

2. Nearby Rentals: This instantly produces a list of the closest properties for rent.

3. Agent Search: Tap Agent Search to search for an agent or Market Center.

4. Advanced Search: Narrow down search results by using the advanced search feature. 

5. Share App: Simply tap the Share App icon on the home screen, and then select a method for sharing it. 

Share your app via: 
Facebook, Twitter, Email, or Text

6. Skip Fees - Keller Mortgage: When you click Skip Fees, it will take you directly to the Keller Mortgage website. 

Your KW Mobile Search App also has notifications for consumers that will help you drive even greater rates of engagement, including more shares and referrals. Your clients now have more flexibility to set up notifications for their favorite properties and searches than in any other home search app. 

According to Smarter Agent Mobile (2017), “the latest research shows app engagement is 88% higher and user retention is 300% higher when users enable notifications, as compared to those without!” Your prospects and clients can:

  Receive alerts via push notifications, text, email, or all three.

  Set alerts for open houses, new to market, and price changes. 

  Choose to receive alerts instantly, once a day, or weekly. 

If a consumer saves a property on their KW Mobile Search App, they have the option to turn on push notifications and how to receive them. 

How do consumers set up notifications on their mobile search app?

1. Select desired property. 

2. Tap Save, located on the bottom menu bar. 

3.Select your desired notification preferences. 

4. Tap Save.
