When an opportunity is created and payment is made, the system will automatically create a coaching program.
1. Click Coach Assignments at the top of the page.
If you do not see this option in the top navigation menu, click here to learn how to customize the menu.
2. Choose the Coaching Assignment Name from the list.
3. Click Edit at the top of the page.
4. Click in the Coach Name field and choose the coach you wish to assign to the coaching program.
5. Click in the Status field and select the Coach Assigned status.
6. Click Save at the top right of the page.
Once the "Coach Assigned" status is saved, the system will send an automatic "New Client" email to the coach and an Expectations call log will be automatically created. The coach will then need to edit the call time and call details, once the call has been completed.
