1. Log in to http://agent.kw.com with your Keller Williams login credentials.
2. Click the Contacts icon, , on the left side of the page, to access your contact list.
Click your name to access Command Settings or Logout. Use Command Settings to connect your outside applications to Keller Cloud, manage your custom tags, and manage archived contacts where you can choose to restore them back to your database or permanently delete.

Use the Bulk Edit feature to delete any unwanted contacts from your contact list, or to add tags to your contacts. Use the Feedback feature to suggest further additions to the Bulk Edit feature. To learn how to add tags to your contacts in this way, click here.

When you select a set of filters, save the filter grouping as a Smart View. You can set an unlimited amount of different Smart Views to easily access, as you manage your database and build daily habits. To learn more about Smart View, click here.
Switch between the, mobile friendly, Card View and the, versatile, List View to find the best way to visualize your contact list.
Click the Gear icon, , at the top right of your contact list, to customize the columns that appear in your contact list. Just uncheck any column you don't need to see, when looking at your list.
