Edit a Contact with Command

1. Log on to agent.kw.com with your Keller Williams login credentials. Click here if you need help resetting your password. 

​2. Click the Contacts icon​, on the left sidebar, to access your contact list.

 
3. Click the name of the contact you want to manage.

4. Click the Edit icon, next to their name, at the top of the contact details page.



5. Edit or add any information you wish into the "Edit Contact" form. To learn more about each field in this form, click here. You can also add custom fields, if you have information that we haven't provided a field for. To learn more about custom fields, click here.

 

When adding social media links to a new or existing contact, you will only add the ID or handle. For example:
 
 
6. When you are finished editing, click the Done Editing button at the top of the contact details page.


 

Edit a Contact with Kelle
 
1. Log in to Kelle.

2. Click the Kelle Menu icon, at the bottom right of the home screen.

3. Choose Contacts from the menu.



4. From the list of contacts, find and tap on the contact's name.

5. On the Contact Details page, tap the three dots, , and choose Edit Contact, from the list below.



6. 
Edit or add any information you wish into the "Edit Contact" form, then tap Save, at the top right of the screen.

Kelle will then let you know that the contact has been updated!
