Accept or Counter a Referral Using Kelle

When an agent sends you a referral through the KW Referral platform, you will be notified through the Kelle app. To learn how to respond to a referral using Kelle, follow the steps below:

​1. Tap the Kelle notification or just open the Kelle app, and tap the Notifications icon, at the top right of the screen.



​2. Select the New Referral Request notification from the notification list and you will be able to see the high-level referral details. Click View Details to respond.



​3. From the Referral Details screen, you have the option to call, text, or email the sending agent for more details. Once your decision has been made, click Accept, Counter, or Reject at the bottom of the Referral Details screen.



​4. If you Counter, set the new Referral Fee, Acceptance Deadline and add a Note. Click Counter when you are ready to send the counter offer to the sending agent.
