Agent Onboarding into Sisu (MAPS PC Agents Only)

MAPS has partnered with Sisu to utilize integrated Command data with robust Sisu reporting functionality. This allows a MAPS Productivity Coach to create custom Groups in Sisu, add agents, and get detailed reporting for lead, contact, and transaction data agents enter into Command.

When your Productivity Coach adds you to Sisu, there are a few steps you need to take to sync your Command data and get set up in the Sisu system:

Connect Command and Sisu

1. Once your Productivity Coach adds you to Sisu, you will receive an email to your primary email address, from noreply@sisu.co (not .com), with the subject line: Your Sisu account is ready to go. Find and access that email.

2. In the "Sync your data from Command section," click the link to the KW Marketplace Sisu MAPS Connector page (https://marketplace.kw.com/en-US/apps/369174) and log in with your KW login credentials.

• The email address the welcome email is sent to will be the email address associated with your Sisu login, and will be important when connecting Sisu in the KW Marketplace.
• This email address is not coming from any KW profile, but is the email address your PC primarily uses to communicate with you.

3. If you are on a team in Command, if you see your team name at the top right of the page, click it and select your name from the drop-down. If your team is selected when you go through this process, the integration will not work for you.

4. At the top right of the page, click Activate.

5. Click Continue, at the bottom right of the page.

• This connection is free for you to set up, so while you are going through the KW Marketplace purchase workflow, you won't actually be charged for this.

6. Enter your Sisu Associated Email (this is the email address referenced in the welcome email, in the Login to Sisu section) and click Continue.

7. At the bottom of the screen, click the checkbox to agree to the terms of service, privacy, and refund policy, then click Place Order.

Access Sisu and Change Your Password
1. Go back to the welcome email. In the Log in to Sisu section, click the link to access the platform (https://my.sisu.co/auth/login) and login with your email and the temporary password referenced in the email.

2. Once logged in, click the profile picture, at the top right of the page, and select Change Password from the drop-down.

3. Enter the current password (the temporary password from the welcome email), enter a new password twice, then click Submit.

4. Finally, we need to set up the profile for the MC Admin account. Click the profile picture, at the top right of the page, and select Profile from the drop-down.

5. From here you can enter any profile information you want to add. The most important field is Default Form, click in this field and select the KW Command form. This ensures that when you access the Transactions section of Sisu, you see all of your data that is synced from Command.

Now that you are set up in Sisu, you can use Command and your data will sync to Sisu reports. You can log in to see those reports with updated information.
