If I’m in a large Designated Market Area (DMA) or a DMA that crosses state boundaries, will I be able to select which areas to receive listing referral leads from 72SOLD?

Yes. Smaller quadrants or zones within a larger DMA will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis to agents in the 72SOLD marketing program. These will be the “preferred zones” that agents would like to receive seller referrals from.  72SOLD will do its best to only push those referrals over to that agent, however an agent may still receive leads outside his/her “preferred zone”.
