5. What additional services does Style to Design offer? How do I sign up for them?
Style to Design will offer one-on-one design consultations, one-on-one staging consultations, and market center zoom trainings. You can sign up directly through the website, or by contacting us at styletodesign@kw.com.
6. Why is the orientation required? Can I watch a recording instead?
The orientation is required/recommended to enable you to be as knowledgeable and successful as possible. A quick and easy tour of the site will help launch you to success.
7. What kinds of topics should I expect from the Masterminds and Training sessions?
Masterminds will cover such topics as why to use KW Style to Design, how to market KW Style to Design, ways to earn profit using KW Style to Design, and how to utilize the KW Style to Design renovation boards to gain listings and buyer opportunities. Training sessions will educate members as to how to use the design boards, how to use marketing pieces, and how to earn profit through renovations and vendor relationships.
8. Will we have any in-person events?
Yes, there will be two in-person events located in our home offices in Naples, Florida. Those dates will be determined and shared with the community.
9. What is the monthly membership cost?
KW Style to Design membership requires a monthly recurring payment:
- Individual - $199/month
- Team (3 members) - $399/month
- Team (5 members) - $599/month
Payment is due on the same billing date of each month, based on the date of membership signup (i.e. If the community member signed up on the 8th of the month, recurring payment will be billed on the 8th of every month, respectively).
- If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, membership is subject to termination.

12. When are the onboarding orientations?
Click here to schedule a live demo orientation. During the orientation, we will give you an overview of how to use all these tools to build a strong value proposition around KW Style to Design. Before orientation, you will receive an email from lauren@styletodesign.com with you new username and password. Please be on the lookout for this email.
13. Can my entire team access my membership portal?
Membership into KW Style to Design is assigned exclusively to the individual KWRI agent, as accepted, and cannot be re-assigned, transferred, or shared. Multiple KWRI agents on a team, however, may apply together for a 3- or 5-person membership, with an upgraded membership fee.
14. What do I do if I want to cancel my membership?
Membership can be terminated upon providing written notification of termination to styletodesign@kw.com, by the member, KWRI, or the Community Leader. Registration to any events occurring after this agreement terminates will be lost. All cancellations will take effect the following billing cycle subject to the following exceptions:
- If a member leaves KWRI, cancellation of the membership will be effective immediately. Any fees on the remaining month of termination will not be refunded or prorated.
- If a new member requests cancellation of membership within 24 hours of signing up, a full refund will be provided.

16. Is staging only for luxury properties?
No, staging is for all price points. With only 30 seconds to impress your client, let us teach you our proven steps. It doesn’t have to cost a lot of money to give a great first impression!
17. Why is it important to stage homes?
Your listings are your resume for future business and referrals. Every listing should attract, at a minimum, three (3) buyers. Staging has been proven to get more listing appointments and the seller, on average, a 6% higher sales price!
18. What is the average cost of staging a home?
Staging can cost anywhere from a few hundred dollars to thousands of dollars. We will show you how to streamline your cost.
19. Who usually pays the staging cost?
This depends on your goals and how you deliver your value proposition. You can charge the entire amount to the client, contribute a partial cost amount or cover the entire cost.
20. Is staging time-consuming?
Not anymore! KW Style to Design has the leverage you need to streamline any project, whether it’s staging a home to sell or helping buyers with furnishing their new home.
21. What if the furniture I want to order is out of stock?
We understand that this can be frustrating. Unfortunately, we don’t control inventory, so we launch ten new designs weekly. You can also go through the design boards and see if you see anything similar to the item you love and purchase from that click-through link.
