In the Command App, you have the ability to view your Opportunities in a pipeline format. Depending on your how your business is structured, you might want to hide certain pipelines, or change the order of the pipelines in this view. Once you save the format, these settings will apply every time you access the Pipeline View, in the Command App.
To customize the Opportunity Pipeline View in the Command app:
1. Log in to the Command App with your KW login credentials.
2. Access the Opportunities applet by either using the Open Opportunities widget, or clicking the menu icon, , at the bottom right of the screen, and selecting Opportunities.
3. Tap the Pipeline tab, at the top of the screen, then tap Manage Layout, at the top right.
4. From here, select or deselect the hide icon, , to hide a pipeline, use the drag-and-drop icon,
, to move the pipelines into the order you want them displayed, and click Save when finished.
The next time you come back to the Pipeline view, in the Command app, these settings will apply.
