Transaction Summaries are not available for Opportunities in the Lease Pipeline, only for Listing and Buyer Opportunities. |
We now have the ability to generate a Transaction Summary sheet for an Opportunity. This pulls information from the Opportunity, including the following details:
- Key Dates
- Opportunity Dates
- Transaction Dates
- Opportunity Checklists
- Offer Details
- Dates (Offer, Contract, Closed)
- Offer Terms
- Transaction Parties
- Buyer(s), Buyer’s Associate
- Seller(s), Seller’s Associate
- Vendors
- Commission Summary
- Sales Price, Commission Rate, & Payment Date
- Pay to Office
- Pay to Agent(s)
You have the ability to decide which elements you want to include, and you have the ability to reorder where each section is placed in the generated summary. To generate a Transaction Summary for an Opportunity:
Access
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click the Opportunities icon, , on the left sidebar.
3. From the Opportunities Dashboard, click on the Phase (Active, Under Contract, etc.), where your Opportunity is located, then click the Opportunity Name.
- If you are on a team, ensure you select the correct account (at the top of the page, select either your name or your team's name) to find the Opportunity you are looking for.
4. Click Generate Transaction Summary, toward the top right of the page.
Customize and Generate the Transaction Summary
1. You have full control over what to display in the summary, and the order of the various sections. Check the box next to the elements you want displayed, then use the Drag-and-Drop icons, , next to each section to reorder where you want each section placed.
- If there is no information for a given element or section for the Transaction Summary to pull (see more about each section below), in the Opportunity, that element or section will not appear as an option here.
Each element and section pulls information from a different portion of the Opportunity:
Opportunity Header - this section will always show at the top of the summary. This pulls high level details about the Opportunity such as Agent/Assignee, Opportunity Name, Address, Current Stage/Phase, and Estimated Price.

Key Dates - these are broken up into two columns, the first is for Opportunity Dates, which are things like when the Opportunity was created, appointment dates, staging date, etc. The second is for Transaction Dates, which are things like contract date, escrow due date, closed date.

Opportunity Checklist - this section gives you the option to display the checklist items for each Stage in the current Phase the Opportunity is in. This will show you completed vs uncompleted tasks, who the assignee is, and when they were completed.

Offer Details - this section displays offer terms from the accepted offer. This section will only display if there is an accepted offer.
Transaction Parties (Buyer/Seller) - these two elements pull buyer/co-buyer and seller/co-seller information from the accepted offer. This section will only display if there is an accepted offer.

Transaction Parties (Vendors) - this section shows all connected vendor information from the new Parties to the Transaction section, on the Opportunity Details tab. This shows the transaction vendors you are working with on this Opportunity, and their contact information. You must have an accepted offer for this section to appear.

2. Once you are ready, click Generate, at the bottom right of the form.
Once you generate the Transaction Summary, you can share the URL directly (copy, paste and share), and you will see options to download or print.
