Some pre-tagged association forms within DocuSign may be protected and are not allowed to be downloaded blank. For these forms, you will see a “Sample” watermark when viewing in certain areas of DocuSign:
See below for the various areas, within DocuSign, you might see this:
Within the Forms Library (DocuSign Rooms > myDocs > Forms) – Documents for which DocuSign is not allowed to allow a blank form to be downloaded will be shown with a watermark both in the thumbnail view and in the expanded view.
Within a DocuSign Room (Documents tab) – If you are previewing a document, or attempting to download or send a document that has not had any fields filled out, you could see the watermark. Once you start filling the form out, the watermark should go away.
Within a DocuSign Room (Inside an Envelope) – If you are viewing/sending a form that has not had any fields completed on it, you will see the Sample watermark.
Within the Admin portal (MC Admin Account - Settings > Forms) – Documents for which DocuSign is not allowed to allow a blank form to be downloaded will be shown with a watermark both in the thumbnail view and in the expanded view.
