In some cases our KW Support team may request a screenshot (image of your Computer screen) of an issue that you are experiencing. This helps them investigate the issue and re-create it for our Development team. Below are a couple methods for how to do this.
You can take a screenshot (image of your computer screen) in the following ways:
1. If you're on Windows you can use the Snipping Tool to capture an image of the screen: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/use-snipping-tool-to-capture-screenshots-00246869-1843-655f-f220-97299b865f6b.
2. If you're on a mac you can press Shift + Command + 4 to do the same: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201361.
3. If you are able to create a screen recording of an issue happening, that can also dramatically help our Support team. There are a few services that let you do this, Loom being one of the most popular free options. Speak with your Market Center Tech Trainer for recommendations.
Once the image or video is saved simply attach it to your email or chat with our support team.
