Within mykw.kw.com, associates can access an MC Intranet set up for their Market Center. Occasionally, users encounter the screen below prompting them to login to MyKW despite already being signed in. Logging in again does not correct it.
This login loop when trying to access the MC Intranet is an intermittent issue. Due to the inconsistency, it is difficult for BackAgent's team (the developer of the MC Intranet) to determine a root cause for this. Users have found success by using one or a combination of the following solutions:
- Clear all browser cache and cookies for "All Time." Click here to learn how.
- Disable extensions in the browser. Alternatively, launch a Google Incognito window, as that should automatically disable any extensions. Click here to learn how.
Another alternative is to simply check back later, as the issue will often resolve itself.
