Are you seeing the following error message in your Command timeline? "The [SmartPlan Name] could not deliver an email to [contact name] because Command Mail has blocklisted [email address]."
If so, it means that the email failed to deliver to this contact's email address. There are a few reasons for this error, including:
- The recipient's email address is invalid or doesn't exist.
- The recipient has clicked to unsubscribe, blocking emails from that Smartplan.
- The recipient has marked your SmartPlan mailer address as spam enough times that their email provider has blocked it.
