Why is My Contact's Email Address Blocklisted?

Are you seeing the following error message in your Command timeline? "The [SmartPlan Name] could not deliver an email to [contact name] because Command Mail has blocklisted [email address]."

If so, it means that the email failed to deliver to this contact's email address. There are a few reasons for this error, including:

1. The recipient's email address is invalid or doesn't exist.
2. The recipient has clicked to unsubscribe, blocking emails from that Smartplan.
3. The recipient has marked your SmartPlan mailer address as spam enough times that their email provider has blocked it.
