In Command MC, there are several ways to search for an Opportunity. How far along the Opportunity has progressed will determine where users can find it the quickest.
Opportunities Tab
By default, you will only see Opportunities in the Active, Under Contract, and Closed phases, but you have the ability to use the search to find any Opportunity that has been created that is associated with your Market Center. When using the search, you can search by Address, Agent, Opportunity Name, Opportunity ID, or Main (primary) Contact Name.

Commission Requests Tab
Opportunities that have an accepted offer will show up in the Commissions Requests tab, regardless of the phase it is in. It is important to make use of the Commission Status filters on the left side of page due to the fact that you will only see the Opportunity if the filter is selected for the Commission Status it currently has. You also have the ability to utilize the Opportunity Type filter, search, and you can sort using a number of metrics.

Compliance Requests Tab
Opportunities that have a Compliance Status (this happens when the agent selects a compliance checklist, in the Documents tab) will show up on the Compliance Requests tab, regardless of the phase they are in. It is important to make use of the Compliance Status filters on the left side of page due to the fact that you will only see the Opportunity if the filter is selected for the status it currently has. You also have the ability to utilize a number of filters (on the left side of the page), universal search, and you can sort by closing date or when compliance was submitted.
