What happens if I change my Command Email subscription?

If a user decides to change their Command email subscription there are several types of scenarios that can occur depending on when the subscription was updated during the current month, the email limit of their current subscription, and the email limit of the new subscription:

• If a user changes their subscription from the free plan to a paid plan they could potentially be charged a prorated amount, depending on when the change was made during the current month, and the email subscription will be updated immediately. 
• If a user changes their subscription from a paid plan to another paid plan with a higher email limit, they could potentially be charged a prorated amount, depending on when the change was made during the current month, and the email subscription will be updated immediately. 
• From 20k to 10k he was credited the prorated difference between 10k and 20k plan (-$2.91). His account reflected 10K command emails.
