To restore account access, every MyKW and Gmail account must include a valid Password Recovery Email owned by the account holder. If a password reset link never arrives when you request one, this essential contact information may be missing or outdated in your account(s). Please review the steps below to resolve the issue.
Locked out of MyKW? MC Leadership Action Required
Associates unable to login into MyKW should contact their Market Center leadership team to update their Password Recovery Email address in the Associates applet in CommandMC as soon as possible. MC leaders can find the steps for this process here in MCA Support Answers.
Any MC leader with Tier 1 or Tier 2 Role Access can edit an Associate at their Market Center's Password Recovery Email Address in CommandMC: MCA, Team Leader, OP, Assistant MCA, Assistant Team Leader, MC Broker, Market Center Leader, or Productivity Coach (PC).
*Note: Password Recovery Emails cannot be @kw.com emails. They must be a personal email address owned by the associate, e.g. @gmail.com or @outlook.com addresses.
Reset MyKW Password: Associate Action Required
Once the Password Recovery Email has been updated by leadership, associates can follow these steps to Reset MyKW Password and regain access to their KW login credentials.
Reset KW Email Password: Associate Action Required
From within Gmail.com, associates can update their email password by going to the Google login page, typing their @kw.com email account. and using the Forget Password option.
As long as a Recovery Email or Recovery Phone number is tied to your account, you can follow the normal Google process to reset the password. If you do not have a Recovery Email or a Recovery Phone Number on your account, please reach out to the Support team at the Submit a Request link at the top of this page to get this resolved.
