Once you launch a Paid Ad, you can go in and not only see the status of the ad and results, but view a preview of the live ad and see a list of leads captured, if it was a lead capture ad.
There is no way to pause an active ad, though you can edit (while it's live) and cancel. There is also no way to pull up an active or completed ad and duplicate to make a new ad with the same info. |
To view your Paid Ad results in Command:
Access
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
Teams (Enhanced/Unlimited Only) If you are on a team, have either Enhanced or Unlimited permissions, and ran the ad in your Team Command Account, click your name, at the top right of the page, and ensure that your team is selected, not your personal account. |
2. Click the Campaigns icon, , on the left sidebar.
3. From the Campaigns Dashboard, click Paid Ad Quick Start, in the Get Started Links section.
4. Click Programs, on the left side of the page.
5. You will see a list of all of the ads you have launched, with the most recent at the top. Select the ad you want to view results for.
6. At the top left of the ad results, you will see the statuses of the ad, including the whether it was funded as well as whether it has been approved and published.
7. Along the middle of the page, you will see the high-level results from your ad, including:
- Clicks - the total number of times your ad has been clicked on by a viewer.
- Views - the total number of times your ad has been viewed.
- Contacts (Lead Capture Ads Only) - the total number of leads captured by your ad (these will all be in Command now).
- Cost Per Click - the total spend divided by the number of clicks: total spend ÷ clicks = cost per click.
- Cost Per Lead (Lead Capture Ads Only) - the total spend divided by the number of leads: total spend ÷ leads = cost per lead.
- Clickthrough Rate (CTR) - can be used to gauge how well your ads are performing. CTR is the number of clicks that your ad receives divided by the number of times your ad is shown: clicks ÷ impressions = CTR.
8. Below the ad results, you can preview the ad (click View Live Preview to get the best view). This is especially useful for teams, and for viewing older ads, if you want to see what might have worked or not.
9. Finally, at the bottom of the page, you will see a list of the leads you have captured with this ad, along with their contact info. Keep in mind, they will have already pulled into your Command account, but you can Export As CSV, at the top right of this list.
