What is Circle?

Circle is a simple way to access all of your communities resources across all of your memberships.

What you can find on Circle:

• Training | On-demand training libraries with all the related resources and one-pagers
• Resources | Marketing collateral, playbooks and other community resources
• Calendars | Upcoming events, both virtual and in-person
• Groups | Like a Facebook group, but more exclusive
• Certifications | Certifications and workshops

You will automatically be added to Circle when you sign up for a community membership. You can then access it at https://kwcommunities.circle.so/.

I have been a member for a while - what will happen to the other member portal I am used to?

All the resources you are used to accessing on your current member portal will be transitioned to Circle. In the coming months, we will migrate all communities into the Circle platform and sunset their current portals. Your community will provide lots of notice before migrating to Circle, and you can expect to continue to have access to the old platform for 30 days before it is shut down. 

I didn’t receive the Circle platform invite - what do I do?

First, search your email inbox for an email with the subject line, “Your KW Communities Circle invite is here!" If that doesn’t work, visit https://kwcommunities.circle.so/ and select “Forgot your password?” Enter the email associated with your account to receive a password reset email. If you do not receive the email, contact your community to verify you are attempting to login with the right credentials. 

Is there a tutorial or orientation to the platform?
