All KW associates who have a KW username and password should be able to access and edit a KW Agent Site. There are a few situations where an associate might see an error when trying to access for the first time:
Not to worry, there is an easy fix for this and it all revolves around making sure the KW backend system has a good email address for you on record.
1. Log in to https://access.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. At the top right of the page, click the profile icon and select Profile from the drop-down.
3. A screen with basic contact info will appear. Enter the email address you want to associate with the system (this doesn't have to be your @kw.com email account) and click Update, at the bottom right of the page.
Once this is saved, you will be able to instantly access and edit your KW Agent Site.
