Nucleus for KW Commercial is our eight week, comprehensive training program. As a KW Commercial Member, access to this training is included with your monthly dues and serves as an additional resource to further expand or refresh your Commercial Real Estate knowledge.

What is the difference between Nucleus Live and the version of Nucleus on Kajabi?
Nucleus Live is a KW Commercial member-exclusive series that allows for attendees to directly interact and engage with the instructors as well as offer the opportunity to mastermind with fellow attendees. Nucleus on Kajabi covers the same course material and the opportunity to deep dive into the complexities of commercial real estate that Nucleus Live does, just in a pre-recorded format.

Whether you are someone just entering the commercial real estate industry or a veteran commercial practitioner, Nucleus will help you create a step by step map to get started or learn new facets of the ever-changing industry. The course is also structured to work well for single agents or teams! Residential agents looking to break into the commercial real estate industry will also benefit from the offerings of this course.
Where do I submit my Big Rocks from each session of Nucleus?

I finished Nucleus! How do I receive my CCP certificate?
Congratulations!! Once you have completed and submitted all of your Big Rocks assignments, your CCP certificate will be emailed to you automatically. Please note, this is exclusive for KW Commercial members.
When are my Big Rocks assignments due? Do I have to complete them each week?
You do not have to complete the assignments week by week, though it is recommended. In order to successfully complete the course and receive your CCP certificate, you must return all completed assignments within 90 days of course completion.
Am I still eligible for the CCP certificate if I did not submit the required assignments within the 90-day period?
No, you will need to re-enroll and join the next course round.

How do I access the Nucleus videos?
Members should have received their login credentials to Nucleus for KW Commercial from noreplycommunities@t.kajabimail.com. If they have not received this email, contact admin@kwcommercial.com and our team can resend the credentials. To login to the Kajabi account, please click HERE.
When is the next session of Nucleus Live?
Nucleus Live sessions run every March and September for 8 weeks. Members can look to the KW Commercial training calendar for the most current updates and offerings.
