What’s the purpose of the KW Wellness community?
Our purpose is to create a Return on Wellness (ROW) for associates and a Return on Investment in Wellness (ROIw) for market centers by focusing on the intersection of wellness and well-being. Our offerings are built on seven important pillars of wellness: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational, and social.
What is the KW Wellness community's mission?

Can I join as a free member?
Yes! KW Wellness Community offers a free membership level, which offers access to a monthly event and to our private Facebook group.

Will we have any in-person events?
Yes, there will be in-person events and retreats throughout the year. There will also be events at Family Reunion and Mega Camp. Those dates will be determined and shared on the community calendar in Circle and in our monthly newsletters.
Can I join the group to talk to other members?
We would love for you to join our private KW Wellness Facebook group. This Facebook group is for anyone who is interested in becoming a member of KW Wellness or wanting to know more about the well-being lifestyle. Being a member of our Facebook group does not guarantee access to the KW Wellness Plus and Leadership member portal and resources.
Can my entire team access Circle?
The Circle platform is our KW Wellness Plus and Leadership member portal. Membership into KW Wellness is assigned exclusively to the individual KWRI agent, as accepted, and cannot be re-assigned, transferred, or shared.
What is Wellbeats x KW Wellness?
Wellbeats is a Wellness app - available to Wellness Plus and Wellness Leadership Members. The app has over 1,200 on-demand classes for all ability levels, including yoga, HIIT, strength training, running and walking, mindfulness and meditation, nutrition and recipes, cycling, circuits, kickboxing, dance, work breaks, stretching, and so much more. New classes are added regularly.
Wellness Plus and Wellness Leadership members can share the app with up to five family members. Each family member receives their own log-in and password.

What do I do if I want to cancel my membership?
Membership can be terminated upon providing written notification of termination to wellness@kw.com, by the member, KWRI, or the Community Leader. Registration to any events occurring after this agreement terminates will be lost. All cancellations will take effect the following billing cycle subject to the following exceptions:
- If a member leaves KWRI, cancellation of the membership will be effective immediately. Any fees on the remaining month of termination will not be refunded or prorated.
- If a new member requests cancellation of membership within 24 hours of signing up, a full refund will be provided.
What’s the difference between wellness and well-being?
Wellness is the general state of being healthy which includes the actions we take to become healthy. Well-being is a state of mental, emotional, and physical health and happiness. Well-being is the internal representation of our wellness.

How much does it cost for an associate to join KW Wellness Plus? How much does it cost for a market center to join KW Wellness?
- Associate membership fee for KW Wellness Plus is $59 per month
- Market center membership fee is $199 per month.

What do I do if I want to cancel my membership?

What’s the connection between KW Wellness and KW Clarity? Do I have to join both KW Wellness and KW Clarity?
KW Clarity is a sub-community of KW Wellness. They are TWO different communities with a similar mission that focuses on well-being. You are welcome and invited to join one or both if you choose.
I am not in recovery or sober. Can I still join KW Wellness?
Absolutely! KW Clarity is a sub-community of KW Wellness. The two communities operate as separate communities.
If I join KW Clarity and KW Wellness, will my membership with KW Clarity stay private?
Absolutely! We respect the privacy of all members and do not disclose who is a member of Clarity. You can be as active as you choose to be.
