What’s the purpose of the KW Wellness community?
Our purpose is to create a Return on Wellness (ROW) for associates and a Return on Investment in Wellness (ROIw) for Market Centers by focusing on the intersection of wellness and well-being. Our offerings are built on seven important pillars of wellness: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational, and social.

Our mission is to create a culture of wellness through education, training, and events.
What’s the difference between wellness and well-being?
Wellness is the general state of being healthy which includes the actions we take to become healthy. Well-being is a state of mental, emotional, and physical health and happiness. Well-being is the internal representation of our wellness.
Can I join as a free member?
We would love for you to join our free private KW Wellness Facebook group. This Facebook group is for anyone who is interested in becoming a member of KW Wellness or wanting to know more about the well-being lifestyle. Being a member of our Facebook group does not guarantee access to the KW Wellness Plus and Leadership member portal and resources.
How much does it cost for an associate to join KW Wellness Plus? How much does it cost for a leadership membership?
- Associate membership fee for KW Wellness Plus is $19 per month
- Leadership membership fee is $99 per month.
Community members receive discounts on events, retreats, workshops, and training. |
Will we have any in-person events?
Yes, there will be in-person events and retreats throughout the year. There will also be events at Family Reunion and Mega Agent Camp. Those dates will be determined and shared on the community calendar in Circle and in our monthly newsletters.

What is a Certified KW Wellness Market Center or Certified KW Wellness Region?
A Certified KW Wellness Market Center or Region is a Keller Williams office or region that has committed to fostering a culture of well-being by integrating wellness into its leadership, training, and agent support systems. Certification signifies that the Market Center or Region has met specific KW Wellness standards, such as providing wellness resources, hosting regular wellness-focused events, and actively supporting the mental, physical, and emotional well-being of associates. This designation demonstrates a commitment to creating an environment where agents and leaders can thrive both personally and professionally.
What is a ‘powered by KW Wellness affinity group’?
Powered by KW Wellness Affinity Groups are free specialized communities within KW Wellness designed to support the unique well-being needs of Keller Williams associates. These groups create space for connection, shared experiences, and personal growth, focusing on specific wellness themes such as mindfulness, movement, nutrition, mental health, and overall well-being. Each group is led by passionate KW Wellness community members who facilitate discussions, share resources, and host events to foster a culture of wellness and support within the KW ecosystem.

What do I do if I want to cancel my membership?
Membership can be terminated upon providing written notification of termination to wellness@kw.com, by the member, KWRI, or the Community Leader. Registration to any events occurring after this agreement terminates will be lost. All cancellations will take effect the following billing cycle subject to the following exceptions:
- If a member leaves KWRI, member is to email wellness@kw.com to process the cancellation of the membership. The cancellation will be effective immediately. Any fees on the remaining month of termination will not be refunded or prorated
- If a new member requests cancellation of membership within 24 hours of signing up, a full refund will be provided.
