With the launch of KW Team Sites, we now have a Team Marketing Profile where you can enter team specific information that will populate your KW Team Site. This profile includes your team's logo, contact information, and other details you choose that allow you to stand out as an expert real estate team.

Only team members with Enhanced or Unlimited permissions are able to edit the Team Marketing Profile. Adding information to this profile will not change any of the information on your personal KW profiles. |
To complete or update your Team KW Marketing Profile:
Access
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click your name, at the top right of the page, and ensure that your team is selected, not your personal account.
3. Click your Team Name, at the top right of the page, and select Settings from the drop-down.
4. On the left side of the page, click in the Connect Settings section, then select Marketing Profile.
Team Logo
1. In the Team Logo field, Upload your team logo (Required). You also have the ability to remove and replace the logo that has been added.
- Image must be .jpg or .png format and smaller than 1 MB. Recommended size: 360x360 pixels.
Team Details
1. In the Team Details section, you have the option of adding information for the following fields:
- Team Name (Optional)
- Slogan (Optional)
- Designations/Credentials (Optional)
- KW Team App Link - Ignore this field for now, that is for a future release
Affiliations
1. In the Affiliations section, complete the following fields:
- Military Affiliation - Ignore this field, it will not affect anything in your Team Command Account
- Biography (Required)
- Office Phone (Required)
- Fax (Optional)
- Email (Required)
- Website (Required)
Market Center / Brokerage
1. In the Market Center/Brokerage section, complete the following fields:

Market Center/Brokerage Logo (Required) - upload your team logo here. You also have the ability to remove and replace the logo that has been added.
- Image must be .jpg or .png format and smaller than 1 MB. Recommended size: 360x360 pixels.
- If you don't have access to your Market Center DBA logo, you can find these on the KW Logos and Branding resources page.
- Market Center/Brokerage License Number (Optional)
- Market Center/Brokerage (Optional)
Forced Registration
1. In the Forced Registration section, select a property limit option for how many property pages a visitor can view, on your team site, before they are forced to register or sign in:
- Unrestricted (default option) - a visitor will be able to view unlimited property pages on your KW Agent Site without being asked to register.
- 10 Properties - a visitor will be able to view 10 property pages on your KW Agent Site before being asked to register. When they click on the 11th property page, the registration pop-up will appear.
- 2 Properties - a visitor will be able to view 2 property pages on your KW Agent Site before being asked to register. When they click on the 3rd property page, the registration pop-up will appear.
- No Property Viewing - a visitor can use the search functionality, but will not be able to view any property pages without registering. When they click on the 1st property page, the registration pop-up will appear.
Compliance
1. In the Compliance section, you have the option of adding information that will display at the bottom of every page on your site in the following fields:
- Legal Footer Text (Optional)
- Legal Footer Links (Optional) - click Add Another Link to enter a link title and URL. You can then either click to add another link or to delete a link.

Legal Footer Images (Optional) - click Upload to add an image. You can then add further images from there.
- Image must be .jpg or .png format and smaller than 1 MB. We recommend a size of 128 x 48 pixels.
Social
1. Add social media profiles to your profile, making sure to add the full web address of the profile. These will populate on your KW Team Site where visitors will be able to access your profiles easily from your site.
Google Analytics ID
1. Add your Google Analytics tracking ID. This will pull user data from your KW Team Site and give you more insight into visitor activity.
Save
1. Once ready, click Save, at the bottom right of the page.
Once you save the Team Marketing Profile the first time, you will will be able to access the Team version of the Websites Applet where you can create and manage your KW Team Site domain:
- Once you complete your Team Marketing Profile, it can take up to 2 hours for you to see the ability to claim a subdomain and launch your KW Team Site.
