Before you start customizing your new KW Agent Site, you first need to ensure you Upgrade to the New Agent Site Experience. Once you upgrade, you will see a new navigation in the Consumer Applet, in Command, and you will be able to follow along with this article. If you are on a team and have created your KW Team Site, team members with Enhanced or Unlimited permissions have the ability to manage their KW Team Site. When you create a landing page from your KW Team Site Builder, the leads from that landing page will be sent to your team Command account instead of personal Command account. Before you start creating and editing landing pages, it's recommended to add the individual content elements to the Library and then edit the page. This will make editing each page easier, and you won't have to sidetrack to add the content elements while building out your pages. |
Along with the default pages and custom pages you can create, you have the ability to create standalone landing pages. With these landing pages, you configure the main header, and then have access to many great modules that you can add to your site for the main content of the page. These modules include the ability to add sections for Rich Text, Stat Lists, Testimonials, Videos, as well as embed HTML or Iframe content, and you can add a contact form as well. You have the ability to add any number of modules to the page to customize it to your vision. The biggest thing to keep in mind with these landing pages, they will not include your website wrap or navigation.
To create a standalone landing page:
Access
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click to access the Websites Applet, , on the left side of the page.
3. On the My Websites tab, click the Edit Agent Site button.
4. At the top right of the page, click to access Expert Mode.

If you are on a team and have created your KW Team Site, team members with Enhanced or Unlimited permissions have the ability to manage their KW Team Site. To switch to your Team Site, click your name, at the top of the page, select your team from the drop-down and follow along below. |
5. In the Quick Start section of the Website Builder Dashboard, click the Landing Page button.
Page Details
1. Enter a Page Title and Internal Name for the page. The Page Title will be the header text, at the top of the page, and the Internal Name is used for organizational purposes in the Agent Website Builder.
- The Internal Name will auto-populate with what you enter in the Page Title, though you can edit this.
2. You also have the option of adding a Description, which will appear as a sub-heading at the top of the page, below the Title.
3. In the Page Header section, choose if you want to hide the Page Title using the corresponding toggle, and select a Background Image.
- When you click to add a Background Image, you can either select an image you have already added to the content library, or use the Create New flow.
Custom Modules
1. Next, you have access to many great modules that you can add for the main content of the page. These modules include the ability to add sections for Rich Text, Stat Lists, Testimonials, Videos, as well as embed HTML or Iframe content, and you can add a contact form as well. You have the ability to add any number of modules to the page to customize it to your vision.

2. Once you've added and configured the custom modules you want, you can reorder them however you want. You will see the preview update in real time, and you can tweak the content to look just right.
Other Settings
1. At the top left of the page, you can use the Styles tab to edit the size of the heading text, and background colors (if you didn't add an image).
Publish
1. At the top right of the page, you can Save your work, but the page won't actually be live on your site until you either Schedule to Publish or Publish, at the top right of the page.
URLS
1. Once you publish, you will see that a URL is generated for this page based on the Page Title. You also have the ability to generate and customize the URL of the page you created. Click + Add, then type a forward slash and then what you want to come after the main site domain ("/xxxxxxxxxx" = "je22ica.kw.com/xxxxxxxxxx").
- Make sure to publish once you add a new URL.
