We're thrilled to be bringing you the most powerful release of Agent Sites to date. The reimagined Agent Sites are packed with innovative features built to perform above and beyond the platform you already know, so you can streamline your workflow and boost productivity. The new upgraded sites include some great new features:
Before you start customizing your new KW Agent Site, you first need to ensure you Upgrade to the New Agent Site Experience. Once you upgrade, you will see a new navigation in the Consumer Applet, in Command, and you will be able to follow along with this article. Before you start creating custom/landing pages, it's recommended to add the individual content elements to the Library and then edit the page. This will make editing each page easier, and you won't have to sidetrack to add the content elements while building out your pages. |
Along with the default pages included, you also have the ability to create custom pages for your website, and standalone landing pages. With these pages, you configure the main header, and then have access to many great modules that you can add to your site for the main content of the page. These modules include the ability to add sections for Rich Text, Stat Lists, Testimonials, Videos, as well as embed HTML or Iframe content, and you can add a contact form as well. You have the ability to add any number of modules to the page to customize it to your vision.
- Download My App
- Rich Text
- Stat List
- Testimonial List
- Video
- Contact Form
- HTML Embed
- Home Value Search Component

This article is focused on the custom modules, not fully how to create the entire page. There are separate articles focused on creating custom pages for your website, and standalone landing pages.

2. There is no configuration needed. You won't see the QR code populate on the preview, but it will populate on the published page.
- The QR code is dynamic, matching the version of the site you publish it on. If you publish on your KW Agent Site, it will be linked to your solo KW App. If you publish on your KW Team Site, the QR code will link to either your generic Team App or team member specific App URL, depending on if they are on your generic Team Site or team member specific Site URL.
Once published, you can view your site and test the QR code. When visitors scan the QR code, it will prompt the app to download, prompt the consumer to create an account, and sync you as the agent (after they are logged in to the app).

HTML Embed (Custom or Mortgage Calculator)
One module that provides a ton of flexibility is the HTML Embed module. This allows you to take HTML from an outside source and add it to a custom/landing page.
- Keep in mind, HTML is static and won't change until you edit it. If there is a more dynamic element you want to add to your site, see the iFrame section below.
- If there are images in the HTML you are adding, ensure that the images are hosted online somewhere and that the image link in the HTML is pulling from that cloud storage.
1. At the bottom left of the page, click + Add Module, then click Additional Modules and select HTML Embed.
2. If you want to use the out-of-the box Mortgage Calculator (made by www.mortgagecalculator.org), click in the Shared field and select HTML Mortgage Calculator.
3. If you want to add custom HTML, click in the Shared field and select Create New.
- This will have you give the HTML content an Internal Name and then you can paste the HTML in the space provided.
- Publish the HTML content, at the top right of the page, then you can select it in the module.
Once you are ready, you can save this, add more custom modules, or you can publish as is.
Home Value Search Component
A module that offers a great lead capture opportunity is the Home Value Search Component module. Here, site visitors can enter their home address, along with lead capture information, to pull a home value estimate. You will get lead information, along with the address of their home and value estimate information, in Command Contacts (as well as notifications to let you know).
1. At the bottom left of the page, click + Add Module, then click Additional Modules and select Home Value Search Component.
2. At the top of the module, you have the option of entering a Title and Description for this section of the page.
Once you are ready, you can save this, add more custom modules, or you can publish as is.
Iframe Embed
Another great module that provides a ton of flexibility is the Iframe module. This allows you to enter a web address and add that page to a custom/landing page. That iframe section will then automatically update with any changes made to that page in the future.
- Be careful with iframe on a custom page. If the iframe page has a header, it will appear on your custom page, along with the header from your KW Agent Site. That could lead to visitors being taken out of your website experience.
1. At the bottom left of the page, click + Add Module, then click Additional Modules and select HTML Embed.
2. If you want to add custom a custom iframe, click in the Shared field and select Create New.
- This will have you give the iframe content an Internal Name and then you will paste the full URL of the page you want to iframe, in the URL field.
- If you need to make adjustments to the sizing, you can use the iframe Height and iframe Width fields to do this.
- To adjust iframe Height, enter the pixel height you want displayed.
- To adjust iframe Width, enter the percentage of the container you want covered by the content (100% is the default).
- Publish the iframe content, at the top right of the page, then you can select it in the module.
Once you are ready, you can save this, add more custom modules, or you can publish as is.
My Preferred Vendors
The My Preferred Vendors module allows you to showcase Preferred Vendors on this page, along with their contact information. This also includes a good lead capture opportunity for site visitors who want to learn more about these vendors.
1. At the bottom left of the page, click + Add Module, then click Additional Modules and select My Preferred Vendors.
2. Add vendors to the vendor platform, using the list at the top of the section, then enter a Title & Description. The vendors will display once added, without you having to publish every time.
- You must have an agent role for vendors to appear. If you have no vendors added, this section still appear, with a link to a contact form.
If you don't add vendors, and choose to keep the module displayed on the page, you can click the No Vendors tab, then enter a Title and Description for the section, which will also include a contact form button. |
Once you are ready, you can save this, add more custom modules, or you can publish as is.
