Neighborhoods are a big focus in Command and across the Keller Cloud ecosystem. You can now select your client's favorite neighborhood—or even a few—in Contacts, which will allow you to send them personalized Neighborhood Snapshots or even add them to a Monthly or Bi-weekly Neighborhood Nurture Smart Plan.
Using the Command App, we now have the ability to add and remove neighborhoods, within in a contact record, as well as share comprehensive Neighborhood Explore pages from your Agent/Team Sites (these are the neighborhood pages used with the Neighborhood Nurture SmartPlans). This makes it easy to have a conversation with someone, and update their contact record in real time, using the Command App.
To add a neighborhood to a contact using the Command App:
1. Log in to the Command App with your KW login credentials.
If you are on a team and want to use the team side of the Command App, tap your Profile Picture, at the top left of the screen, then ensure your team is selected.
|
2. Tap the Contacts icon, , on the bottom of the screen, then find and tap on the name of the contact you want to add or remove neighborhoods for.
3. Scroll to the Neighborhoods section and click Add/Remove. A map search will appear that allows you to search/scroll to where you want on the map, then tap within a neighborhood boundary to add it to the list.
While in the map search, you have the ability to click on a Neighborhood Name and then share the neighborhood details. This will share a neighborhood details page, from your upgraded KW Agent or Team Site, depending on which Command account you have selected on the app, at the time. |
4. You can also swipe up from the bottom to pull the list of neighborhoods that have been added. Tap Remove, to the right of an added neighborhood, to remove it from the list. Tap Save, at the top right of the screen, once you are finished managing neighborhoods.
- Below the list of added neighborhoods, you will see recommendations based on other neighborhoods around the first neighborhood added.
