Before you get started with the Team Site and App, you first need to ensure you Upgrade to the New Agent Site Experience. Once you upgrade, you will see a new navigation in the Consumer Applet, in Command, and you will be able to follow along with this article. Also, you must have created your KW Team Site, then team members with Enhanced or Unlimited permissions have the ability to manage the KW Team Site, and you will have access to start sharing out the KW Team Site/App. |
Once you upgrade to the New KW Agent Site Experience and then create your KW Team Site, you will be able to share a unique link to your team site that will ensure any leads are automatically assigned to you, in the team contacts database. All the Team Site Referral Links will be formatted like this:
https://thebteam.kw.com?kwuid=375834
In addition to Team Site Referral Links, you will also be able to view and copy Team App Referral Links, or a general link to your KW Team App. These Team App Referral Links are formatted just like any other app link, but points to the Team App, and will ensure any leads are automatically assigned to you, in the team contacts database. When using the agent specific referral links:
- The branding throughout the Team Site/App will update to reflect the team member's information in combination with the team name and logo.
- When the team member link is used, it stores the team member's information in a cookie, which automatically assign all leads to that person, regardless of where the consumer completes the lead form.
To find and copy your Individual Team Site and App Referral Links:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your Keller Williams login credentials.
2. Click to access the Websites Applet, , on the left side of the page.
3. Click the Settings tab, at the top of the page.
4. Scroll down below the App URL Settings section, and you will see these Team Referral Links. Click the Copy icon, , to copy the link where you can then take it and post/share it.
- Team Website URL - this is a link unique to you, which adds your KWUID to the end of the URL. When someone uses this link, you will be connected to all of the contact forms and any new leads will pull in to the team Command account, with you as the Assignee.
- Team App URL - this is a general Team App link. The Rainmaker will be notified about the new lead, but the system will use Lead Routing to automatically assign the lead to a team member. If there is no Lead Route set up to route Team Site/App leads, it will be put in the Unassigned Lead Pool.
- Team Member App URL - this is a link unique to you. When someone uses this link on a mobile device, they will download the KW Team App, with you as the agent selected (once they create an account and log in). You will be connected to all of the contact forms and any new leads will pull in to the team Command account, with you as the Assignee.
When using the Team App URL (the generic Team App URL), you will need to have a Lead Route set up to route those leads. The Lead Route a lead is sent to is based off of the lead sources set up in the Lead Route. The KW App/Site has a few different lead sources, from different sections of the Site/App (and Landing Pages/Open House Pages) that you need to take into account when creating a Lead Route for this:
