There is new functionality in the Listings Applet that allows you to generate property descriptions for existing Internal Listings you have created in Command. This allows you to set a character limit, choose the intended audience and tone you want to use, and the system will use the information entered into the listing details to generate an engaging property description.
You can only generate property descriptions for Internal Listings you have created within Command. If the listings pulled in automatically from your MLS or another data feed, you will not see the option to edit the listing, which is required to do this.

Once the property description has been generated, you should review the description and make it your own, as well as ensure you check the formatting as there might be some tweaks you need to make.
To use AI to generate a property description for an Internal Listing:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Select the Listing Applet icon, , on the left side of the page.
3. Select the KW Reserve or Market Center Exclusive listing you want to craft a description for.
- You are not able to edit the details of an MLS listing in Command, so won't see this option for those listings.
4. Click Edit Listing, at the top right of the page.
5. You will see a banner at the top of the page, click Generate, on the right side of the banner.
6. A pop-up will appear that includes a Legal Disclaimer. Read the disclaimer, check the box stating that you understand and agree, then click Next.
7. Skip to the Settings section, we'll come back to the description at the top of the pop-up. The system can generate up to 2048 characters for this description, but you have the ability to type the limit of characters you want for this generated property description, in the Character Count field.
- The default entered in this field is 800 characters, but you can change that for each description you want to generate.
8. Next, in the Target Audience field, you have the option of tailoring the description to first-time homebuyers, people who have bought homes previously, or choose Unspecified.
9. You can also use the Tone of Voice field to determine the style of description that is generated.
10. Click Generate (or Generate Again if you make tweaks to the settings and want to try again), at the bottom of the pop-up.
It might take a few seconds for the system to populate the description, at the top of the pop-up. Ensure you read through the description and make it your own. Also, ensure you check the formatting as there might be some tweaks you need to make.
- You can also make changes to the settings and click Generate Again to get new results.
Once you have reviewed the content and made edits, you have a couple options:
- Click the Use Property Description button, at the bottom right of the pop-up, to populate this description in the Internal Listing. Ensure you Save the Changes in the Edit Listing screen.
- You can also click Copy for MLS, below the Description field, where you can then paste the new description wherever you want to use it.
