Before you start customizing your new KW Agent Site, you first need to ensure you Upgrade to the New Agent Site Experience. Once you upgrade, you will see a new navigation in the Consumer Applet, in Command, and you will be able to follow along with this article. If you are on a team and have created your KW Team Site, team members with Enhanced or Unlimited permissions have the ability to manage their KW Team Site. |
Before you start editing the pages of your website, it's recommended to add the individual content elements to the Library and then edit the page. This will make editing each page easier, and you won't have to sidetrack to add the content elements while building out your pages.
This article is focused on editing the About Me page of your site, but there are articles for other pages and sections as well:

To edit the About Me page of your KW Agent Site:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click to access the Websites Applet, , on the left side of the page.
3. On the My Websites tab, click the Edit Agent Site button.
4. At the top right of the page, click to access Expert Mode.
5. In the Default Pages section, click Page: About the Agent.
6. In the Agent Profile section, use the drop-down to select whether you want this section of the profile to display or not.
- The information in this section is pulled from your KW Marketing Profile, and you are not able to edit here in the Agent Website Builder.
7. In the My Details section, use the drop-down to select whether you want this section of the profile to display or not.

8. In the page preview for this section, you will see the header text says "My Details" by default. Use the Header for Agent Details Section field to edit this text to be whatever you want.
- If you delete custom text you typed in the field, the system will default the text back to "My Details."
9. In the About Me section, use the drop-down to select whether you want this section of the profile to display or not.
- The information in this section is pulled from your KW Marketing Profile, and you are not able to edit here in the Agent Website Builder.
10. In the page preview for this section, you will see the header text says "About Me" by default. Use the Header for Agent Bio Section field to edit this text to be whatever you want.
- If you delete custom text you typed in the field, the system will default the text back to "About Me."
11. In addition to those three sections, you will see a section that allows you to showcase Preferred Vendors on this page as well. First, add vendors to the vendor platform, using the list at the top of the section, then enter a Title & Description. The vendors will display once added, without you having to publish here.
- You can also use the Display or Hide Module field to hide this section from the About Me Page.
- You must have an agent role for vendors to appear. If you have no vendors added, this section still appear, with a link to a contact form.
If you don't add vendors, and choose to keep the module displayed on the page, you can click the No Vendors tab, then enter a Title and Description for the section, which will also include a contact form button. |
12. In addition to the vendors you add, you have the ability to utilize the Preferred Partners your Market Center leadership might have set up for the Command Dashboard. Use the Show Market Center Partners to turn this on, and those will automatically feed to this section.
13. Click Save, at the top right of the page. This will publish the changes to your site.
