When using your @KW.com Gmail account, Google might suspend your account if you violate Google mail policies. If this is the case, you'll see the screen below when you log in:
When this happens, you will need to reach out to KW Support using the KW Support Chat, in Command, and they have the ability to reverse the suspension.
- Only the person who owns the account can reach out to get the suspension reversed. For security purposes, Market Center leadership can't reach out on behalf of the associate.
- You can only restore the same Gmail account 5 times each calendar year. If an account gets suspended more often than that, no one can reset it, including Google Support. You must wait 24 hours for the account to be automatically re-enabled.
