| Members are not able to cancel their memberships within the billing portal. To cancel your membership, please reach out directly to your community's email. Any update you make in your portal will not impact your information in Command or your Circle account. 1. Log in to your account with the email address associated with your membership.
- Unsure of which email address to use? Search your email inbox for an email from the community with your monthly bill - the email address it was sent to is the email you'll use to log in.
2. . Click on the Get Login Link Via Email if you do not know your password. This will provide you with an email with a link to login to your portal. Please be aware that this link is time-sensitive.
3. You will see a confirmation message that an email was sent, verify that you received the email.
- The email subject will read: [KWRI] Billing Portal Login.
- If you are not seeing an email to the address you entered, you will need to enter another email address - it never hurts!
4. Click the link within the body of the email to enter your portal.
5. Once in your portal, you can now:
- View your plan details
- See your balance
- Update your payment method
- Edit your contact information
- View your past payments
Some memberships will also allow you to update your membership type via this portal.
